Case Management
Developing the next generation of leaders is at the forefront of InCompro’s goals for the future. Disengaged youth require specialist support services to reconnect with their communities and to access ongoing education, training and employment.
InComPro maintains a strong presence within the Indigenous community. We work with all stakeholders including families, government agencies and additional service providers to achieve a high success rate for our participants.
Through dedicated case management and coordination, we take a cultural and community-focused approach to delivering positive outcomes to all involved.
We deliver:
- Better education, employment and training outcomes
- Increased access to appropriate services
- Improved participation in decision making about care and support for both clients and their families
- Improved systems of referral and continuity of support between partners and service providers
